We have now launched our community delivery software on Road XS. With the outbreak of COVID-19 and the lockdown which is in place across the UK and the world, we knew we had to do something with our existing technology to support communities and ensure food, medicine and shopping could reach the vulnerable.
In ordinary times, Road XS is the leading community transport software. We help organise medical trips, social outings and help save passengers money by finding the nearest available driver. This means passengers save on mileage and time and get to know people in their community.
There has been an incredible response from volunteers all over the country to help their local communities get people food and the supplies they need. We wanted to do our bit too, so we have completely redeveloped the Road XS technology to support local deliveries.
Using Road XS for deliveries, you can now work as a team from the safety of your home and organise your team and volunteers remotely. You can quickly and easily create deliveries and then allocate deliveries across your team and even merge multiple deliveries onto existing journeys.
