The things people ask us first
If yours is not here, just ask. You will get a straight answer from someone who knows the software.
We share our screen and go through the software against the service you actually run. Bookings, allocation, the driver app, live tracking, invoicing and reporting, in whatever depth you want. You ask questions as we go. There are no slides.
The slot on the calendar is the time we set aside, and we keep to it. If you would rather have longer, or a second session with more of your team once they have seen it, say so when you book and we will make room for it.
Whoever will use it or has to approve it. Coordinators tend to ask the sharpest questions, finance will want to see how invoicing works, and trustees usually want to hear about data protection. Forward the invite to as many people as you like.
No. It helps if you can say roughly how many journeys you run, how they get booked and what you use today, but all of that can come out in conversation. If there is an awkward case you are not sure any system could handle, bring it.
Not quite yet, we are still hard at work on it. What we can show you now is the current software, and walk you through what the new version does, how it looks, how it works and the new features and security behind it. It is not far away. These conversations are genuinely useful to us too, since they often surface features we had not considered, and they are the right moment to talk through any bespoke or specific requirements you have.
No. There is no sales team here. You will be talking to the people who build and support Road XS, and the most useful thing we can do is tell you honestly whether it suits the service you run.
That is fine, and it is more common than you would think. Plenty of the people we talk to are a long way from a decision, or are putting a funding bid together and need to know what is possible. Come anyway.
