Not quite yet, we are still hard at work on it. What we can show you now is the current software, and walk you through what the new version does, how it looks, how it works and the new features and security behind it. It is not far away. These conversations are genuinely useful to us too, since they often surface features we had not considered, and they are the right moment to talk through any bespoke or specific requirements you have.
No. You can have unlimited admin users, drivers and passengers on the software. One reason we take that stance is that we do not want to punish charities for recruiting more volunteers.
As many as you like. There is no device limit, and that includes our apps.
Generally no. We install your instance of Road XS for free. Occasionally some custom development is needed before launch, which some would call a setup fee, but if you take Road XS as it is there are no setup fees.
Yes. We agree a fixed fee based on your journey volumes and potential growth, or around specific features and custom development if you need it. If you start small we review your usage and adapt the pricing with you, so organisations of any size can use Road XS.
Yes. We assess what you need and price the work accordingly. For non-profits we may discount the development fee if the feature would help other organisations too, judged case by case. If you would rather not fund development you can still suggest a feature and it goes on the list. Not everything gets built, but the suggestions are what keep the software improving.
Yes. Road XS is straightforward enough that most people pick it up quickly, so training has traditionally been a Zoom call. There is also a support portal full of articles on how to use the software.
