Who travelled, with which driver and assistants, when each pickup and handover happened, and that vetting and safeguarding were satisfied before the journey went out. It is captured as the journey runs and exported on demand.
DBS, licence, insurance, MOT and training currency are all tracked, and a driver who falls out of clearance cannot be put on a run. The system also keeps a record that it checked, which is usually the part a safeguarding review wants to see.
