Each pickup and drop-off is confirmed by the driver as it happens and timestamped, with live location captured to a three metre reference. The record assembles itself as the day runs, so it is produced on demand rather than reconstructed after the fact.
Yes. Recurring shuttles repeat on the pattern you set, and larger one-off movements are planned across as many vehicles as they need, in the same place and against the same fleet.
Journeys are booked against the contract they belong to, so the right rate card follows them and completed transfers turn into invoices without anybody re-keying a thing. The reporting comes out per contract too.
DBS, licence, insurance and MOT expiry are tracked, alerts are automatic, and a driver who falls out of clearance stops being offered work rather than being spotted at an audit.
