Yes. Drivers set their own availability in 15 minute slots, so they are only offered journeys when they have said they can drive.
Drivers open the one they already use, whether that is Google Maps, Waze or TomTom, and are taken straight to each stop.
When a detour or road closure adds miles, the driver claims anything above the estimate once the journey is complete. It goes to the office digitally, with no paper form.
If you switch it on. Drivers can take pending journeys within a radius you set from their home, which cuts the calls and emails needed to fill a run.
